Verb Technology Company has raised $558m in a private placement to establish the first publicly traded Toncoin treasury reserve, in partnership with Kingsway Capital.

The company will rebrand as $TON Strategy Co. (TSC) and allocate most of the funds to acquire TON with support from over 110 institutional and crypto-native investors.
