According to statistics, last week ( 4.28-5.40 ) a total of 13 investment and financing events occurred in the global Blockchain field, with a total scale exceeding 137 million USD, a decrease compared to the previous week. The main investment areas are distributed as follows:

  • There are 3 incidents in the DeFi field, among which the blockchain financial company Dinari completed a $12.7 million Series A financing.
  • In the Web3+AI sector, Camp Network has completed a $25 million Series A funding round.
  • In the field of infrastructure and tools, there have been 6 cases, and the privacy Blockchain Miden has completed a $25 million seed round financing.

The blockchain finance company Dinari has completed a $12.7 million Series A financing round, led by multiple investment institutions. Dinari focuses on providing U.S. stock investment services for overseas investors, issuing tokens that represent ownership of U.S. stocks through blockchain technology. Its API services have been integrated with several fintech platforms, allowing users to purchase tokens corresponding to stocks of companies like Apple. Dinari will directly purchase and hold the corresponding stocks in the U.S. stock market, ensuring 100% asset backing.

The educational finance RWA protocol Pencil Finance has completed a $10 million liquidity pool financing. Pencil Finance will collaborate with traditional education loan companies to put education loans in Southeast Asia and the United States on the blockchain, creating a new asset class for on-chain investors. At the same time, it will help reduce interest rates on education loans by providing on-chain yield opportunities for traditional education loan companies.

The stablecoin project Zar has completed a $7 million financing round. Zar was founded by Brandon Timinsky and Sebastian Scholl in 2024, aiming to allow global "corner shops" to support cash-to-stablecoin exchange transactions. The platform has not yet launched but already has about 100,000 users in line to register, with 7,000 stores expressing a willingness to cooperate, covering 20 countries including Pakistan, Indonesia, and Nigeria. Zar plans to officially launch this summer.

AI Field

The blockchain project Camp Network, which focuses on AI copyright revenue sharing, has completed a Series A financing of $25 million, with a valuation reaching up to $400 million. Camp Network aims to build an on-chain storage and licensing platform for content creators and plans to launch a cryptocurrency this year. The decentralized AI project Gata has completed a $4 million seed round of financing. Gata focuses on developing decentralized large model inference, training, and data technology, aiming to participate in and support the global AI economy with decentralized infrastructure. Hong Kong Web3 startup Terminal 3 has completed an $8 million seed round funding. The company's decentralized identity and data privacy protocol has served over 8 million users, and the new funds will be used to launch enterprise-level solutions by the end of the year.

The decentralized high-precision map protocol ROVR Network has completed a $2.6 million seed round financing. The project combines LiDAR and Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning technology to provide centimeter-level precision open map data solutions for the autonomous driving industry.

The Web3 infrastructure project aZen has completed a $1.2 million seed round of financing, and the new funds will support its construction of a decentralized AI-native computing infrastructure.
