Jin10 data, August 22 news, TrendForce's latest liquid cooling industry research shows that as NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 rack servers are expected to be shipped in higher trade volumes in 2025, cloud operators are accelerating the upgrade of AI data center architecture, driving liquid cooling technology from early pilot projects to large-scale adoption. It is estimated that its penetration rate in AI data centers will increase significantly from 14% in 2024 to 33% in 2025, and continue to grow in the coming years.
